Realator in Corona del Mar impersonates as a General Contractor

This realtor and his designer claim to be general contractors....THEY ARE NOT licensed contractors!!! This "trusted" realtor was hired to remodel the newly purchased property. He had his crew of unlicensed sub-contractors do work, and SEVERELY BOTCHED the property. He could not finish, and was asked to refund the money. He said he would refund....did not, and took off with the money. Called the state contractors board and they did NOTHING. Do not trust these individuals!!!
